Christmas cards, a birth announcement, thank-you notes after a wedding: often the same card goes to many people. With Agent Letter Desk, you make the card once in your AI app, and we print and mail a copy to each person on your list, each starting with that person's name.
How it works
- Make the card once. Your AI app helps you with the front (a picture, your own photo or a short text) and the message inside.
- Give your list. For each person: the full name, the US postal address and the name for the greeting, for example "Grandma" or "Anna".
- Check one preview. You see the card once, plus a table of all recipients with the greeting of each card, and the total price.
- Approve once. One approval sends the same card to up to 100 people, in one order. We e-mail you when your cards go to the post.
You can cancel each card free of charge until its printing starts.
One message, a name for each person
The message is the same on every card. Only the greeting changes: "Dear Anna," on one card, "Dear Uncle Joe," on the next. Your AI app writes the greeting line with a placeholder, and we print the right name on each card.
If a person has no greeting name, their card leaves out the greeting line and starts with the message.
Because the same text goes to everyone, write it so that it fits the whole list:
- Keep news general. "We had a busy and happy year, and the kids grew far too fast" works for your aunt and for your neighbor.
- Sign as a group if you send as a group. "Love," and then "Lisa, Mike, Jordan and Ava" on the next line.
Here is one idea for a message that fits a long list. Change it until it sounds like you, or ask your AI app to adapt it:
Dear [name],
Merry Christmas from all of us! This year brought a new job, a new school and far too many soccer games. Thank you for being part of it.
We wish you a peaceful holiday and a bright new year.
Love,
The Garcias
Do you want a very different text for one or two people? Send them a separate card with its own message.
What it costs
The price per card is all in: print, envelope and US postage. It depends on the number of cards in one order:
| Cards in one order | Price per card |
|---|---|
| 1 to 9 | $6.99 |
| 10 to 24 | $5.99 |
| 25 or more | $5.49 |
Every card in the order has the price of its tier. For example, 30 cards cost 30 × $5.49 = $164.70.
One order, not several. The lower price is for the cards in one order. Separate orders are not added up: two orders of 8 cards each cost $6.99 a card, but one order of 16 cards costs $5.99 a card. So collect your whole list first, and send it in one go.
A tier can also make a bigger order cheaper in total: 9 cards cost $62.91, but 10 cards cost $59.90. If you were going to send one more card anyway, add it to the same order. Before you approve, the preview shows the exact total.
Get your address list ready
A clean list saves you time and saves cards from coming back.
- Collect everything in one place. A note, a spreadsheet or a message to your AI app. Per person: full name, street address with apartment or unit, city, state and ZIP code, and the greeting name.
- Choose the greeting name with care. Use the name you would use when you talk to them: "Grandma", "Coach Rivera", "the Nguyen family".
- Check old addresses. People move. If in doubt, ask before you send.
- Add the apartment number. A missing unit number is a common reason that mail does not arrive.
- Watch for doubles. Two entries for one household send two cards.
We check each address before you approve and tell you when something looks wrong. If the post cannot deliver a card because of a wrong address that you gave, we cannot refund it.
Good to know
- Up to 100 people per approval. For a longer list, make a second order with the same card.
- US addresses only. In 2026 we mail cards to recipients in the United States only. International cards are not available yet.
- What is recorded. For a card, we record when it goes to the post, not its delivery. If the post cannot deliver a card, it goes back to the return address. Without a US address of your own, it cannot come back, and the order page says so.
We don't write your card
The example on this page is an idea, not a template. You or your AI app write the message. Before you approve, you see the preview of the exact card that we print.
FAQ
Can I send the same card to several people at once?
Yes. One card, one order and one approval for up to 100 people in the US. Each card can start with the person's own greeting name.
Do separate orders count together for the lower price?
No. The price per card depends on the number of cards in one order: $6.99 a card, $5.99 from 10 cards and $5.49 from 25 cards. Separate orders are not added up.
Can each person get a different message?
In one order, the message is the same for everyone and only the greeting name changes. For a different message, send that person a separate card.
