These are the terms of the test. Full terms come before paid mailing starts. You will have to accept them before you can send a paid letter.
The service
Agent Letter Desk lets an AI app that you connect prepare letters for you: it checks the text, lays it out for the post, shows a preview and a price, and passes the letter to a print and mail partner when you approve. Sara Meindl, Perchtoldsdorf, Austria, runs the service (see the imprint). By connecting an app or signing in, you accept these terms.
Test mode
- No letter is printed or mailed. Letters go to our partners’ test systems only.
- No money is charged. Prices are test prices, not offers. Tracking numbers are test values.
- Delivery times, routes and features can change without notice.
Your letters
You are responsible for each letter that is prepared in your account: its content, its recipient, and your right to send it. Your AI writes in your name; check the preview before you approve it. Use your real name: it is the sender of every letter.
Rules of use
Do not use Agent Letter Desk to threaten, harass, stalk or extort anyone; to spread hate or sexual content; to pretend to be another person, a court or an authority; to send mass mail; or for anything that breaks the law. Do not try to get around the checks or the limits, and do not attack the service.
Every letter and every enclosure passes an automatic content check. A refused letter is not prepared. Limits apply per account, per sender and recipient, and for the whole service.
No legal advice
The letter guides are examples based on official samples and the sources they name. They are not legal advice. We do not check whether a letter has the effect you want, and we do not check deadlines. If a deadline or a legal effect matters, ask a lawyer or a consumer advice centre.
No warranty
The test service is free and comes as it is, without any warranty. It can be unavailable, change or end at any time. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, except where the law does not allow this limit, for example for personal injury.
Ending access
You can stop at any time: disconnect your apps or delete your account on the account page. We can suspend or end your access at any time, in particular after abuse of the service.
Changes and law
We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live still applies to you. Questions: support@agentletterdesk.com.
